MeterNet Enters Strategic Business & Equity Exchange Agreement with CrypKey Canada, Inc.
Plans include Agressive CrypKey Channel Expansion into Asia

NV & Calgary, Canada—March 2,2002 -- As first major step in its retuned business plan, MeterNet Corporation announced that it has entered into a Strategic Business & Equity Exchange Agreement with CrypKey Canada, Inc.
Effective immediately, Greg Wible has been appointed Managing Director and Vice President of CrypKey Canada, Inc. Wible will help to guide the CrypKey corporate development and market proven Software Protection technologies into its next phase of worldwide growth. CrypKey Canada CEO is James S. McCartney and the company headquarters is located in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
